Do I need gym access? (Equipment needed)

Would you really ask CBUM if you would need weight room access to look like him? Yes I just compared myself to CBUM ... on a real note, my attributes come from an intense weight room regiment, and if you want to do as I do, you must do as I do in the weight room

(you can pretty much do everything I'd want you to do with commercial gym access: Barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, smith machines, a few staple machines which I've rarely ever seen gyms without)

For all types of athletes?

As much as I love dunking, what I have found much more valuable is focusing on overall transformation. My goal is and always was to build "pinnacle athleticism" that could transfer to any contact sports. "BE THE ANOMALY"

Is your training too advanced/challenging for me?

My training is genuinely SOO SIMPLE! Everyone assumes I must have some secret, fancy training methodologies, but it really does just come down to the effort you put into the basics! With that said, it is simple, but it's not meant to be easy. Every workout that I have you do is meant to be extremely challenging in terms of intensity!

What program should I do?

Aesthetics x Athletics (AXA)

  • Features 5-6 days of training/week, my most challenging & most rewarding program
  • The exact training I do to get my freakish bounce, strength, and physique

Bounce X Explosiveness (BXE)

  • The split I used to do during my basketball seasons and when busy training for sports (3-5 days of training/ week)
  • Primarily focused on lower body strength and force production (less upper body)

  • My most valuable form of training! Creating relationships with my athletes, and holding them accountable on a daily basis creates for amazing transformations
