Will this program work for me?

What is the level of commitment?

I am a full-time pharmacy student, and it doesn't even cross my mind to not get in the gym. The benefits of training for your mental and physical being are worth it. Find an hour in your day to go, and whether you are motivated or not ... invest in yourself. I promise it will pay off. Commit to yourself!

What equipment do I need?

Commercial gym access should have you covered. Barbells, dumbbells, smith machine, cable machines, a few standard machines, and open space. You genuinely do not need fancy equipment or cutting edge technology to become an elite athlete.
